If you are like me (a little cuckoo), you have lots of energy and thoughts that, unfortunately, usually cause stress. That energy you possess is a gift, and learning how to hone it will turn it into a superpower!


Re-Focus your Energy


I have lots of stored energy and thoughts, that would often turn into stress because I had no outlet, no beneficial use for them. I would become stressed because they would keep me up at night, keep me distracted, and obsessing over small irrelevant things. I realized that when I was busy or when I had a project I was working on, I was much happier. I could focus my energy and thoughts onto my project. Rather than being irritable, and stressed, I can be passionate, excited, and motivated.


Most of you can probably relate. If you find yourself overthinking and stressing about the little things, find something that excites you; perhaps start an art project, an online business, a sport you love, find a project to start (or finish) that interests you, or even start a blog. Go out there and find something you love!


I really hope all of you powerful, energetic people out there can cultivate your passionate energy!
